Awful, been going for years, will never be back. Checked in online, arrived 3 minutes after suggested time and they removed me from the list. The people did not even give me the time of day to explain, done with the place now

Signed in and was given 11 minute wait for next stylist. Waited 30 minutes only to have stylist take someone ahead of my son. This is the second and last time they have made us wait for no reason. They had been incredibly rude to several kids while we were waiting too. Strongly suggest you go somewhere else where you will get a better haircut and better service.

I had to put up with one of the hair stylists lecture every customer that was there for being a walk in and not going on line. After the eighth time hearing this I became tired of being considered a second class citizen as the lecture was not done nicely. I had to walk out as I refuse to be addressed in that manner. This is disturbing as my first visit was nothing short of excellent and now - I don't see how I can ever go back.
